At Kara Elle we are very happy to offer various meditation packages. The signature series is a series of six immersive meditations. Together, these meditations are the Journey Within. These meditations are designed to be an easy and relaxed path toward greater self-knowledge. That knowledge, for many, has been a doorway to healing, peace, and joy. Karen, creator and owner of Kara Elle, loves the adventure and mystery of self-exploration. She is a long-time student of meditation teachings and self-discovery practices. She has taken her meditation practice to the next level through training with Heather Hayward, cocreator of the Guided Meditation Framework. And, with great pleasure, completed the course to be an immersive meditation facilitator. Professionally, before becoming an immersive meditation facilitator, Karen worked as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) counseling children and families. Her career path has also included working as an educational specialist, teaching neurodivergent students and guiding their loved ones. When not pursuing her career, Karen is a wanna be surfer, often found happily sitting on the beach.

Beginner Series
Virtual or in person
This series is specially designed for those who are new to meditation or have a belief that they cannot meditate. Here we will start with meditations that are 5 minutes in length and gradually build over the course of 14 sessions to 20 minute meditations. The series includes (3) 5 minute meditations, (3) 10 minute meditations, (3) 15 minute meditations and (5) 20 minute meditations. Sessions are paid upfront as a package, but booked individually for your scheduling convenience. 14 sessions in all for $280.

The Journey Within
The Journey Within- Virtual or in person- is a set of 6 sessions. Please see the video below for a thorough explanation of the Journey Within series. The sessions are paid upfront as a package, but appointments are booked separately. Scheduling is flexible to meet your needs. When you book the Journey Within, it is $240 for the 6 sessions. Just for You
Just for you-virtual or in person- is a set of 3 meditations, prepared at Kara Elle based on your intention for meditation and current life situation. Prior to scheduling meditation sessions, you will receive a reflection inquiry. Your answers will guide us at Kara Elle in preparing meditations that are just right for you. Small Group Immersive Meditation

Peace and insight through meditation can be greatly enhanced by a group experience. Know a friend or friends who would like a collective self-reflective experience. We at Kara Elle would love to lead your group on a journey inward. Small groups are between 2 and 6 participants. A single group session is $110, a series of 3 is $270, a small group journey within experience is $360.
Large Group Immersive Meditation
Looking to host an immersive meditation event, series of meditations or add immersive meditation to an already planned event.
